Quick Guidelines for Using RADUGA-online Software

Only one thing should be said about the login process on the site – you must specify your email and mobile number properly, as you will get messages to above addresses without which you could get no access to the program. As for your full name, of course you are at liberty to use aliases; still it would be a lot nicer to us to know autonyms of people we are dealing with, especially since you know our names. Besides, if you specify the name of someone else, then if any claims arise, God forbid, it will be your alias, not you, that will act on your behalf. You must admit that this will lead you into some kind of difficulties…

So after you logged in and became a user of our software, you got the access to My Office page. All the service modes not directly associated with remedy selection are collected there.

Organizer: All your records will be automatically ranged in time. To delete the record please click on right-margin cross. The record will be deleted immediately without confirmation message, so please be careful! Records made on any date can be deleted. You can enter records for future only, yet not with backdate.

Patients:

- A New Patient

All fields are mandatory. We warrant privacy of personal data of your patients, still if you would like to make assurance double sure, please specify numbers, nicknames, aliases etc. However note that if you become a RAINBOW software user and will use a cloud service for synchronization of patients achieves, then the names of patients from steady software archive would be stored on our website server anyway, although in properly encoded form.

- From Archive

Patients with terminated visits are shown in the Table in black. If the work with patient was not completed (no prescriptions were made), such patients are shown in green in the table within three days. Upon the expiration of this time the visit is automatically terminated indicating that no prescriptions were made.

Dates of visits related to treatment of acute disease are shown in red and chronic diseases are shown in blue.

Dates of primary visits are shown in bold type, dates of revisits are shown in plain font.

List of patients can be sorted by index number, by name and the date of last visit (in descending or ascending order). Click on the title of the relevant column in the Table for the purpose.

Box over the Table is used for patient search by name.

You can select the patient by clicking on the line in the Table. Visit options you would like to create are displayed to the right of the Table. This could be primary visit of the patient that had already been treated by you, however the treatment was finished or the interval was too long, or it was a revisit in the course of treatment. Two variants are possible in each of these cases: you are to treat a chronic disease or an acute disease developed beyond your treatment or in the course of it. You have to choose a variant meeting your purpose. This is important because different repertorization algorithms are applied in the software!

You can also open the case record of patient without creation of visit if you are not going to make repertorization – just press the button “Resume”. This could be helpful if during the work with one patient you have to look at something promptly or write down in the case record of another patient. If you in the course of treatment of patient A. will enter in Resume mode the case record of patient B, then after exit from this mode you will again get into the mode of patient A. visit without sacrificing any of the current data.

You can also delete here the clinical case of patient. (Don’t be afraid of pressing this button accidentally – you will receive a confirmation message).

- My Files

Here you can find total review of stored auxiliary photo-, audio- and video materials in detail both in patients and in categories.

In case of exceeding the quota for file storage volume, the final value will be shown in red.

If required, you can delete the content of any cell, line or column right from this place by clicking cross icon to the right of the relevant number.

You can enter the dossier of case record by clicking the name of patient to study out in details what files are required and what files can be deleted.

My Account:Account balance is shown opposite this title. If account balance is enough for paying for the next period of work with software, it is shown in green. If the remaining amount is not sufficient for paying for the next period of work with software, however the current paid period is not over or the paid period is over but the account balance is enough for payment period of work according to the other short-term tariff rate, then the account balance is shown in yellow. If balance account is not enough for continuation of work according to neither tariff rate, then the account balance is shown in red.

- Replenishment

Replenishment of account is made through Robokassa online payment system and implies a number of payment making options.

Please note that minimum replenishment amount is $10.

Account balance can be refunded to you if you delete your register entry.

- Balance

Here you can see the time and volume of your account replenishment and also the details of costs within any period stated or for the whole time of use.

- Rate

On that page you can see your current tariff rate, to what moment the access is paid for and change your tariff rate for any other rate available to you according to your account balance. If you order the change of tariff rate, you will see a message “Tariff is enabled” in relevant line. Switch to new tariff is made during the first access to the commercial page after termination of paid period of use according to previous tariff rate. At that moment a caption appears in the new tariff column “Access is activated till …”, with indication of date and time of your access to work with software at the moment of last writing off the amount from your account.

Repertory page

This software is first of all the repertorization tool using Kunzli’s repertory. Why did we choose this particular repertory? Today there are a lot of repertories which differ in structure, working methods, volume and, mainly, in reliability of information specified. The most popular are the repertories based on Kent’s principle and presenting its improved version. The most advanced are Synthesis and Complete repertories, forming the basis of two popular large homeopathic software programs. Unfortunately, rival race for repertory volume resulted in increasing degradation of information reliability. In this context result of 40-years continuous improvement of Kent’s repertory by Jost Kunzli, leading Swiss homeopath is advantageously distinguished. As a result, a large repertory of surpassing reliability and verification of containing information was issued.

-----------------------------------

You can find table of content at the left of the Repertory page. After you selected the required chapter, contents will be opened on the right – alphabetical list of general rubrics. The first word in rubrics is out in capitals. To make search please type initial letters of the first words in search box located above the chapter. You can also make search at all levels of nesting. We call it Simple Context Search.

Symptom line: is divided into five fields:

- There may be digit/number in brackets directly to the right of symptom text. This is number of medicines for this symptom. If you click it, vertical list of medicines will be opened on the right part of screen. Medicines are arranged in alphabetical order. By clicking one of two buttons located over this list, you can change the order of medicines – set them in descending order as to symptom severity in medicine pathogenesis – first come medicines typed in bold, then come medicines typed in italics and then all the rest. Please use upper box, located over the list, for searching medicine in this list. If you point the cursor to the medicine title, the tooltip with full title of medicine will be displayed. If you click medicine title in the list, you will switch to Materia Medica page with open articles containing description of that medicine.

- To the right of medicines number the arrow can be located which point at subrubrics. If you click this arrow or press similar arrow at the keyboard, you will enter the list of subrubrics and so on, getting further into subheadings. To go back to list of general rubrics please click the arrow which is on the left to symptom text or press the similar arrow at the keyboard or click the word corresponding to the required level of return to the Paths which is shown over the list of symptoms.

- To the most right the field of links can be located which is shown in purple. If you click this field or press the key on the keyboard, you will switch to this field. If there is only one link for a symptom, then you will immediately switch to this symptom link. If there are several symptoms, list of links will be displayed, in which you can choose the required symptom and switch to it. You can follow the link without loss of return path – blue left arrow will be displayed over the list of symptoms just to the left of Path. You can go back to the previous link and further, to the original symptom by pressing the arrow consequently.

- To the left of the text the field for symptom recording is located. If software is in Patient Service mode, then the square will be displayed in this field. After clicking the square the symptom recording panel will be displayed. Ticked squares are for symptoms already recorded. Grey ticks indicate the symptoms coupled with another symptom and therefore it could not be deleted or modified. Square for symptom recording may not be included for the symptoms without medicines prescribed. Obviously, only symptoms having medicines could be recorded.

Symptom Recording

Option is available only if the software is in Patient Service mode!If you click the square located at the left side of symptom line or press , recording panel will be displayed to the left of the symptom. There are 6 keys on the panel:

Three keys are located on the right - for current symptoms:
– for core, pronounced, specific, permanent and emotionally colored symptom
– for specific, well-defined/moderate symptom arising on more than one occasions
–for rare, moderate/mild, without drawing attention symptom
And three keys are located on the left - for the anamnestic symptoms (used to happen sometime ago):
– for symptom which is missing at present, yet previously it was the core, specific, pronounced, permanent and emotionally colored symptom
– for symptom which is missing at present, yet previously it was specific, well-defined/moderate symptom arising on more than one occasions
– for symptom which is missing at present, and previously it was rare, moderate/mild, without drawing attention

Please select the key matching the symptom status. Where it is necessary to change symptom status or cancel the recording please initiate the recording panel and press the corresponding key.

Please note that you can cancel only the recording of symptom which is recorded during the current visit of patient. If he told you a month ago about, f.e. the headache, and you recorded this symptom for him, in this case you can not indicate today that he had not the headache a month ago. In the same way you cannot diminish the symptom load in anamnesis. E.g. if last year the patient told you that he had a terrible headache in his childhood (and you recorded this symptom as intensive _!), then you cannot specify now that he had slight headache in his childhood. Therefore, during recording the symptoms, try to be accurate and save only those symptoms and with that degree of intensity that undoubtedly take place now and took place earlier.

Search within Repertory

Complex search system within repertory was tested by us on several generations of steady RADUGA software programs and it proved itself as user-friendly system. It has enough options to find any required symptom that is, of course, if it is included in repertory.

Under the Table of Contents the key SEARCH IN ALL CHAPTERS is located. If any chapter is open or any topic is open in the chapter at the lower level, then under this key the second key SEARCH WITHIN CURRENT SECTION will be displayed. After pressing any of these keys you will see search panel. At the centre of panel alphabetical list of all repertory words is located. This is not a simple list. E.g., if you see a word “strange …ness”, it involves a wide range of cognate words with “strange” base. You can search within this list using the box over the list. When the required word is found, you can transfer it to the left panel of search conditions by double click on the word or arrow which will be displayed to the left of central list. To delete the word from panel of search conditions click twice on the word in the central list or by once click in the panel. If there is just one word in the left panel, then you can activate the right panel of search conditions by click. You can change the active panel using key. You can enter up to three words into each panel.
- If you enter word "Restlessness", into left panel, then the software will find all the symptoms with such word (including its grammatical forms).
- If you enter words "Restlessness"", "Fear" and "Anxiety", into left panel, then software will find all the symptoms with any of such words.
- If you enter word "Restlessness", into left panel, and enter word "Night", into right panel, then software will find all the symptoms with combinations of such words.
- And finally if you enter into left panel the following words:      and into right the following words:

"Restlessness",
"Fear",
"Anxiety",
"Night",
"Lie",
"Bed",
Then in the resulting list the symptoms according to the following complex conditions will be found:
"Restlessness",
"Restlessness",
"Restlessness",
"Fear",
"Fear",
"Fear",
"Anxiety",
"Anxiety",
"Anxiety"

"Night",
"Lie",
"Bed",
"Night",
"Lie",
"Bed",

"Lie",
"Bed"
That is, according to combination of each condition from left panel with each condition from the right panel.

You can start your search by selected conditions by clicking the corresponding key or by pressing <Ctrl>+<Enter> key combination at the keyboard.

Please note that for “search within current section” software will search only within the open topic of repertory. For example, if you engaged such search while existing within rubric HEAD > PAIN > FOREHEAD>, then the search range will be limited by the contents of this topic.

You will see the search results in the right part of the screen under the list of symptoms. Number in brackets indicates number of found symptoms. Pointing cursor at the symptom in this list you will see a square for recording and target for switching to this symptom in the repertory to the left of the symptom. You can switch to the symptom by double clicking the text of symptom.

Search results will go out after leaving the topic after finishing the “search within current topic”.

Materia Medica page

At the left of Materia Medica page you can find a list of medicines with short titles arranged in alphabetical order. If you point the mouse cursor to the title, full title of medicine will be displayed near to the cursor. Full titles of medicines can be entered into this list by clicking the relevant word in the switch located over the list. In this case if you point the cursor to the medicine title, you will see its short title. You can find the medicine in the list by entering first letters of the title into the search box.

On the right larger part of the screen, at the top, the list of software Materia Medica sources is located. If you point the cursor to author’s name, book title will be displayed. List of authors is not large; still it is sufficient in considerable part of cases.

After the medicine is selected, sources with description of the medicine selected will be shown in the author list in bright color. You can open the relevant article by clicking the name of author.

You can use box at the right over the text for text search. Found matches will be illuminated in the text after entering the letters. To the right of the box counter of the found fragments with Web surfing will be displayed. Click the relevant arrow at the left or at the right side of the counter to switch to the next or previous found fragment.

You can add your own books to the list of sources if you have e-versions of some books and you wish to arrange them and to make read not from PC but also from tablet PC, smart phone etc, or to create your own KeyNotes for medicines. For this purpose please click ADD key to the right of the list and specify in the open dialogue the short title: f.e. the name of author. You can also specify a full title – it will be displayed after pointing the cursor. Creating the book you can select a required medicine and by clicking EDIT key you can open the Editor and add the article on this medicine to it. On completion of editing the article, press OK button at the bottom. The article will be saved. All the articles in all added books by you can be edited by you or deleted at any time.

Please note that books added by you will be shown only to you. You can rename or delete any book added by you by clicking the arrow to the right of the name and opening the pop-down menu and selecting the relevant item in it.

Case page

Profile

Name of patient is the only mandatory field on this page. You can leave the other fields blank. You can specify or modify here the data required to you for contacting the patient. List of diagnoses is helpful to get an overview of patient’s condition, prognosis, indications and formal contra indications to homeopathic treatment just after looking at “cover” of the clinical case without grubbing in your, hopefully, extensive records about patient visits.

You can also add here some auxiliary materials about the patient (photo-, audio- and video records) without reference to specific dates of visits, you can view and delete the materials.

Notes

A separate panel is created for each visit. Panels of all visits except for the current visit will be folded into title bar. Date and time of visit are shown in this bar, as well as attached to these visit auxiliary materials about patient (photo-, audio- and video-files) as well as the medicines prescribed during this visit.

Visit dates marked by you “for acute disease treatment”, will be shown in red; visit dates “for chronic disease treatment” will be shown in blue. Dates of notes made by you outside the patient visit will be shown in grey. Dates of primary visits are shown in bold type, dates of revisits are shown in plain font.

You can load auxiliary materials for each visit. Loaded files can be viewed (copied) or deleted.

You can see not only the medicine titles but also the take-up methods by clicking the word PRESCRIBED. Using the link to Prescriptions page which is under the pod-down table you can see all the details of corresponding prescription with comments provided.

You can read your notes made during that visit by clicking the date of visit and unfolding the visit panel.

Panel of current visit is automatically unfolded and open for editing. Integrated editor allows to make routine actions: to cut, copy, paste, cancel last actions and redo, mark text in bold type, italics, underline, increase or decrease font, change font color and background color. Last rightmost key on the Editor tool bar with image of fish will contain a template of questionnaire. You can bring the template into text area and then type the received data into respective sections of the template.

If you enter the clinical case of patient outside the visit, in profile mode, then you can create a new note on this page by clicking the top left key. Sometimes it is required for distance contact with patient, e.g. when he contacted you by phone.

Symptoms

Your major work takes place on this place. When you open the page for the first time, it will be empty. You have to enter all the patient’s symptoms here, actual (current) symptoms which he has at the moment, and anamnestic symptoms which he had sometimes ago. To add the symptom click the upper key of tool bar in the left part of the page or just switch to Repertory page. There you have to find and record the required symptom.

After you finished this heartbreaking job please go back to Symptoms page to see the list of all symptoms found by you. At the top of the page, on the list title there is an encounter of symptoms. Left number (against the yellow background) shows how many symptoms you have chosen for repertorization (after you have chosen them). Middle number shows total number of patient’s current symptoms you have recorded. Right number of teal color shows how many anamnestic symptoms have been recorded.

To the right of the encounter two switches are located. Using the first switch you can change the symptoms order arrangement in the list – arrange them in the order they are arranged in repertory or in descending order of priority (according to expert system). At determining symptom priority the intensity, dynamics, category (mental, general, local, abnormal, and characteristic), rubric size and some other characteristics are considered.

The second switch helps you to see either actual symptoms or all the symptoms including the symptoms from clinical case. This mode is helpful for old symptoms returning during the patient’s course of disease. There is no need to look into repertory to switch the symptom from clinical case to actual symptoms.

To the right of symptom text digits in brackets are shown to denote number of medicines involved in the rubric. If you click it list of medicines for the symptom will be displayed on the right. See more details in description of repertory.

To the left of symptom text there is a sign showing degree of symptom intensity. Click the sign to change intensity degree, delete the symptom, add it to the clinical history or transfer it from clinical history to actual symptoms. Recording panel will be displayed where you must find a required key. Please keep in mind that you can delete only symptom that was recorded for the first time during this very visit. You can only transfer old symptoms to the clinical history.

You can tick the squares on the left to mark the symptom. Depending on how many and what symptoms you have marked the keys on toolbar will be activated to the left of the list. When pressed down the active key will operate on the marked symptoms. If you marked several symptoms, they can be combined. Small red ring will be displayed to the left of such combined symptom. You can divide the ticked combined symptom by clicking the relevant key. If combined symptom involves several symptom and you wish to remove some of them from the combined symptom, please click the Remove sign which is displayed at the line end of each symptom included into combined symptom.

After combining into groups the symptoms you consider being similar, you must do the most important thing – to choose from all symptoms such as you will use for repertorization. Tick these symptoms and click Select button. Lines of these symptoms will be shown in yellow. You can also select/cancel one of the symptoms by double click two lower buttons on the toolbar on the left.

If three and more symptoms are selected in the list, Analysis page and two lower buttons on toolbar on the left become available:

Advice to Search button

If you press this button, green list of patient’s symptoms which are necessary to search for according to expert system on the basis of current symptoms and what symptoms were chosen for repertorization will be displayed at the bottom of the page under list of symptoms. To record any symptom from lower list click the arrow to the left of symptom and indicate its intensity in recording panel and symptom will be moved to upper list. After all the symptoms will be moved upward make sure to select them for repertorization if you think they are worthy. Then press this button again. Subject to change of expert system opinion, new symptoms may be displayed in green list.

What I think about... button

Button is red for a good reason – here you may be pulled to pieces! Well, where else would you face the truth? After all take it or leave it!

In case of revisit, expert system displayed at the top of appeared panel will show you at the left flow chart of condition severity (“critical” visits are shown in pink and “chronic” visits are shown in blue color), and at the left - the estimation of patient’s condition dynamics after last prescription of medicine and after preceding visit.

At the bottom of panel expert system estimation of symptoms combination selected by you for repertorization with recommendations will appear. Consider this opinion as it might turn out to be true…

Analysis

This page is available if you have selected at least three symptoms from recorded symptoms for repertorization (however, three symptoms are also too little for obtaining representative results).

Well, after opening this page you will see the Repertorization Table with symptoms at the left part and with medicines at the top. Intensity/certainty degree of this symptom in the medicine pathogenesis is shown at the intersection of symptom with medicine (depending on the font in which medicine is typed in repertory): Big dark sign with triple - bold type, middle sign with two - italics, small pale sign with unity– plain font.

Signs for “critical” visits are shown in red, and for chronic visits signs are shown in blue. This makes sense as different repertorization algorithms are used during such visits.

Nothing can be pressed on the table. All the table management is concentrated in upper-left page area and in squares opposite the symptoms and medicines.

Using switch located over the symptom texts you can arrange symptoms in the same order as in repertory or in descending order of priority. Texts of symptoms with high intensity are shown in bold dark-red type, texts of moderate symptoms are shown in blue boldface italic type, and slight symptoms are shown in simple green type. To the left of combined symptoms there is a small red ring.

Not all remedies are shown in the list of medicines, but only remedies with total points exceeding threshold value – specific percentage taken from total points for leading remedy. In this way long-tailed list of medicines that should not be prescribed is cut off and software operation is significantly accelerated. To change threshold value click the sprocket to the left of leading remedy and select the required threshold value. (Don’t swear if you select 0% and the software will pause for a long time; just replace the setting.)

Two sorting parameters could be used for medicines: patient’s symptoms ratio, “overlapped” with this medicine and total points obtained by medicine during repertorization process. Current sorting is shown by sign to the left of line with parameter values. To switch to another sorting parameter click the required parameter sign (% or Σ).

If you click the square at the left of the symptom, sign #, will appear inside the square representing the action taken and the filter will be set for the medicine list. Medicines for this symptom will be shown in dark-red color and the rest of symptoms will become pale.

As at least one filter is set, the sign in the form of two arrows facing each other appears to the left of leading remedy. If you click the sign, the medicine list will be reduced and only filtered medicines (shown in dark-red) will be left. After clicking again the list of remedies will be maximized.

By clicking the square opposite another symptom only remedies filtered through both filters shown in dark-red will be left with both of selected symptoms in the clinical case. Therefore, you can set filters for various symptoms (remedy eliminating), until there will be no medicine in the list.

Click the grey square displayed over the squares of all symptoms to clear all the filters.

If you click the square above the medicine tick will appear in the square and the following buttons become available at the left: “Covered symptoms”, “For more details on” and “Materia Medica”.

Covered Symptoms Button: When pressed it turns brown and only rubrics with such remedy become bright in list of symptoms. If you tick another remedy, symptoms “overlapped” with it will pop up. Remove the tick or press the button Overlapped Symptoms again.

More about… Button: When pressed the page Symptoms pops up at the bottom of which blue list of key symptoms of the medicine selected appears. The list can be extended by selecting in the list title to the right the number larger than original number, or can be narrowed by selecting a smaller number. Avoid selecting large values of numbers for big medicines as you can get too big list of symptoms! You can record symptoms from this list by clicking the arrow on the left of symptom line.

Make sure to select all the required symptoms for repertorization if you consider them worthy after moving symptoms up from lower list.

Mat.Med. Button: Everything is quite simple here – by pressing the button you switch to Materia Medica section, to the articles about the selected medicine.

If you tick the box above two medicines the buttons Overlapped symptoms, For more details on and Mat.Med. will not be available, however buttons Dif Diagnosis and Compare will become available.

Compare Button: If you press this button it turns brown and symptoms in the list will be resorted in the following order: at the top there will be symptoms with the first medicine but without the second one, next are the symptoms with the second medicine but without the first one, next are the symptoms without both medicines and finally are the symptoms with both medicines. Difference and the common ground between the medicines is easy to understand. Untick or tick some medicine or press again the Compare button to switch the mode.

Diff.diagnosis Button: When pressed the page Symptoms pops up at the bottom of which lilac list of differential and diagnostic symptoms appears between the medicines selected. You can record symptoms from this list by clicking the arrow on the left of symptom line. Make sure to select all the required symptoms for repertorization if you consider them worthy after moving symptoms up from lower list.

This button is also available if three medicines are ticked, i.e. differential diagnostics could be made for two or three medicines.

Prescribe Button is available if 1-3 medicines are ticked. If you press the button the selected medicines will be moved to list “From repertorization” which will pop up on the page “Prescriptions” above basic list of medicines so there is no need for searching for them in basic list. On that page you can prescribe medicines with indication of potency etc.

Button "What prescribe?" is always available. If you press the button the expert system panel with grumbling and recommendations will pop up. Recommendations may involve 1-3 lines. Please don’t judge the expert system too harshly if the medicine recommended by system in the first line will appear unsuitable to you. It is not infrequent that human turns out to be wiser than a machine. However pay attention to its recommendations especially for the second and third lines!

Press a grey square above the sprocket to the left of square of the very first medicine to uncheck all the medicines.

When you see a Repertorization table on Analysis page, a square button with graphic drawn can be seen in the upper left corner. If you press the button a diagram will be displayed instead of the table, with percentage shown on X axis and total points shown in Y axis classified as number of current symptoms. Point of intersection shows the degree of medicine likeness. There is an image of sun is In the right upper corner of diagram. So the closer the medicine is to this sun, the higher is the degree of likeness. If you select the medicine by clicking its point three buttons located above the diagram will be activated. You have already known the application of the buttons. Press the button in the left upper corner of the page with table pictured to move back to the table.

Prescriptions

This page is divided into three areas:

- prescription history is shown at the left. Visits during which prescriptions were made for treatment of chronic disease are shown in blue; visits with prescription for treatment of acute disease are shown in red. Grey color is for dates of distance prescriptions. By clicking the relevant date you will see all the details of prescription made including the medicine title, potency, instructions for use, comments to specific medicine prescription and to the prescription on the whole. Titles of prescribed placebo are shown in lilac.

Все назначения расположены по возрастанию даты. Чтобы пересортировать их в обратном порядке (последние вверху), надо щелкнуть по треугольной стрелочке левее надписи «Ранее назначалось»

All the prescriptions are arranged in date ascending order. Click the triangle arrow to the left of text box Prescribed Earlier to rearrange the prescriptions in reverse order (the last are at the top). - By clicking you can select the required medicine in the list of area at the upper right, specify a new potency or select one from the drop-down list, specify a new method of use or select one from the available methods in the drop-down list, write a comment to prescription for this very medicine (not necessarily). OK button becomes available after all the mandatory fields are completed. After pressing the button the prescribed medicine is added to the list of current prescriptions which is located at the right bottom. You can cancel a specific prescription by clicking the criss-cross at the right of each list line. If you click the button No prescriptions will be made, the list will be cleared off and the text No prescriptions will appear in its place. This is also a prescription and besides it is very important in many cases. G.Vithoulkas calls it “Wait!” If you prescribed the single-dose medicine with very high potency, and it is hard to explain to the patient that he will have to wait for a long time, while action of the medicine will develops, you can prescribe a placebo to him by clicking a appropriate button. A pop-down menu will appear instead of the medicine list where you can specify or select available placebo title with indication of potency and method of use. This will also be a prescription

When all the prescriptions will be made you can (if you want) to make a general comment to them and finish the visit with saving clinical case into archive. As long as prescriptions are not made you can only put the visit into in-progress visits to think it over and make a decision on the prescription. You will have three days to do this. If no prescriptions will be made during this time, software will finish the visit automatically with indication that no prescriptions were made.

How to prescribe Button involves one of expert system modules which serves to help a physician and somewhat to teach him to select potency and usage. At least eight or twelve questions are to be answered. Then the diagrams with recommended and prohibited potencies, dose and frequency of medicine for this patient will pop up. Sometimes when controversial answers are given, the expert system would fail to produce any comments on potencies.

That's all! Share your feedback on software improvement!
